PLANNING FEE

To perform the services required to plan and arrange your travel, an upfront fee is required. This helps keep our agents' skills focused on serious inquiries and provide service to our active clients. Please keep in mind, this fee is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your reservation total to complete your final payment. (The payment will not be deducted until the reservation is paid in full less $250 and the group isn't cancelled). Once your form is submitted, you will receive an invoice to pay your fee. After the fee has been posted, we will contact you to construct a customized proposal for your approval. Thank you for supporting our Agency!
